I woke up this morning to find my water heater was leaking. I immediately contacted Above and Beyond Drains & Plumbing, and Joe responded quickly. He arrived at my doorstep in no time and was very professional right from the start. After assessing the situation, I had him replace my old water heater with a brand new tankless one. Joe was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, which made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. I was impressed by the extra effort he put in to make sure everything looked perfect in the end. I would highly recommend Joe and his team for any plumbing issues and will be calling him again in the future.

Joe Garcia replaced my water heater tank and water pressure regulator. Another thing, he also fixed my restroom upstairs because there was a leak in the tub spout due to the high water pressure.He reconstructed the pipe and changed the spout. Joe saved me because he detected that my water pressure was 120 psi twice the normal pressure which could blow up the pipes at any given time. I was so thankful that he corrected and fix all problems right away. No more leak and my water pressure is 50 psi which is very good and I do have peace of mind and it’s safe. Joe and his assistant Steve did a phenomenal job. Joe is very knowledgeable on what he does. A very well experienced plumber for 30 years. It was so easy and quick for him to identify and diagnose the problem with a quick solution. He really explained to me what is the problem, why it happened and the best solution. I really admire his honesty, sincerity commitment, and dedication to his job.I like his work ethic and professionalism. The first time I met Joe I had that trust in him. It was just an automatic feeling but I was right. Joe did an excellent job. Me and my wife were very happy and 100% completely satisfied with his work. Definitely, I will contact Joe again in the future if I need him.He is a very nice guy as well as Steve. I would highly recommend Joe if you have problems with plumbing. He’s an expert. He came real quick and fixed my leaks in the bathroom. Very friendly yet professional and gives a lot of tips taking care of the equipment. I will definitely ask him to come back if i have more plumbing issues. Awesome!

Joe and his team were fantastic! They did a complete sewer pipe replacement at my house and went well above what I requested. They were on time informed me of my options for the repair and did a great job taking care of the pipe clog, the surrounding areas and replacement. The Above and Beyond team (Joe, Peter, Vivana) provided excellent service from start to finish. They are very professional and responded to my Yelp quote request immediately. They were able to come and fix everything the next day. Their pricing was much more affordable compared to the competitors, while still maintaining the highest standard to the repair (bathtub clog and garbage disposal replacement). I will definitely be referring them and using their services if needed!
